NAUTILUS sets sail...
Our beautiful 77th scale kits are something that I really enjoy building. Not only do they build into gorgeous models, but they're exceptionally easy to assemble and are big enough to have real presence, whether they're sitting on the mantle or cruising beneath the water.
This last buildup for a customer was a fun exercise that featured our amazing deluxe FX kit that offers remote controlled operation of lighting, sound effects and even a working propeller. In addition, this buildup also featured a nicely detailed salon interior, complete with curtains, paintings and bookshelves.
The true test of a scale model is whether the viewer gets sucked into getting closer and closer, noticing more and more details as they do so. I think this model succeeded at this exceptionally well, but you can be the judge.
