Purchasing more than one product? Complete your purchase and I'll combine shipping and refund you the difference (if paying via PayPal) or adjust your final invoice to reflect the lower price if paying by other method.

MANY OF OUR PRODUCTS ARE NOT PRODUCED UNTIL WE RECEIVE A CUSTOMER ORDER FOR THEM. IN MANY CASES THIS COULD MEAN A LEAD TIME OF SEVERAL WEEKS. PLEASE EMAIL ME FOR MORE INFORMATION.

Return Policy: Most orders that are not custom buildups are able to be returned within 30 days of receipt. There is a 15% restocking fee for any returned items. Please contact me for an RMA number prior to shipping.

Shipping: Unless previously requested, all orders will be shipped without insurance. Quotation for insurance can be obtained by emailing me prior or just after placing an order. Insurance cannot be added after waybills have been generated.
In many cases, our international customers will need to expect to pay duties and taxes on products as they cross the border into your country. It is the responsibility of these customers to understand the duty and tax repercussions and budget accordingly. The Nautilus Drydocks will not undervalue a shipment for customs purposes.
While we do the best we can, shipping quotes generated from this website are not final and the Nautilus Drydocks reserves the right to adjust final shipping prices in accordance with actual costs at the time of shipping. This additional cost will be invoiced separately and the customer is responsible for paying this invoice prior to shipping.
