End caps are solid resin with no passthroughs. Rubber oring seals are included. Any servo linkage seal holes, shaft seal holes or other openings are the responsibility of the buyer to mark, drill and implement. 
 
These are sized for use with our 3.75" diameter polycarbonate tube lengths.
