The Flotilla of Fun Houston North is an offshoot of the Fitz Flotilla of Fun that is held at Sylvan Rodriguez Park in Houston, TX on a regular basis.

Like that event, the Houston North Flotilla is an awesome opportunity for model RC boaters and sub skippers to get together on a regular basis to talk about the hobby, run boats and generally have a great time together.

The event is held at Taylor Pond in the Woodlands near the Rob Fleming Aquatic Center. The venue has on site washrooms, a boat ramp, a floating dock, kayak rentals, shade from the Texas sun thanks to plentiful trees, and much more.

The event is open to any scale electric or steam powered watercraft with the exception of fast electric boats, which are banned from the pond by city ordinance.
